<p>Ingredients-</p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups Rava / Sooji (Semolina)</li>
<li>15 cashews Nuts (optional)</li>
<li>1 inch Ginger chopped</li>
<li>1 Onion slit length wise</li>
<li>3 Green Chillies slit lengthwise.</li>
<li>1 tsp each of Mustard Seeds,Urad Daal,Channa Daal</li>
<li>2 dry red chilles</li>
<li>3 tblsp Oil</li>
<li>Few curry leaves</li>
<li>1 tblsp Ghee (Optional)</li>
<li>Lemon wedges</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cashew nuts to golden color. Take them into a plate.</li>
<li>Ad mustard seeds and allow them to splatter. Add channa, urad, dry red chillies and curry leaves to it and fry till they turn red.</li>
<li>Add onion, ginger and green chilies. Sauté for 1minute. Add salt and let them sauté till onion is transparent.</li>
<li>Add 4 cups water (1:2) and let it boil. Adjust the taste accordingly.</li>
<li>With one hand continuosly stirring, add rava to water  stirring constantly till it becomes little thick. (with in 2mins)</li>
<li>Take off from the heat add little ghee.</li>
<li>Serve with cashew nuts, lemon wedge, senaga pod or spicy peanut powder.</li>
